There’s a certain violence woven throughout the album, an energy that emerges from the frustration of the fatherless man—insecure, searching through different relationships for something unnamed. The work unfolds in dreamlike scenes with unexpected turns, revealing voices that range from raw and saturated to gentle whispers.

As a first glimpse into this new chapter, a three-track EP, led by the hypnotic MY FAVORITE DRESS — a track that explores the cyclical nature of attraction and emotional detachment through the metaphor of clothing as both armor and expression. The song examines the complexities of modern relationships, where desire and disinterest intertwine in an endless loop of connection and withdrawal. Also included is a vibrant remix by Moscow-based duo SIMPLE SYMMETRY. In 2017, he released the EP The Legend of Time and one year later, he appeared on the compilation From Above with his track Allodoxaphobia. He comes back here with an LP entitled Phylax Society, which confirms that Sutja Gutierrez is indeed an artist in his own right.
